Exceptional Hotel

Honestly, the Ayres Laguna Woods team is exceptional. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. The rooms are lovely, the parking is ample, and the location is excellent. The made to order breakfast is the icing on the cake! This is the best hotel in its class in South OC. I have to work from my room sometimes and the wifi and speed have never been a problem.

Excellent

We stayed here with our two pets for two days while our home was being fumigated and had an excellent experience. Customer service, cleanliness, morning breakfast and evening reception were all above expectation. I used the fitness center and was pleasantly surprised with its size and amenities. The hotel was decorated nicely with marble and wood trim, and our room had solid surface floors that helped our peace of mind with our two pets. Overall a great experience and we would recommend it.

I always stay at the Ayres Hotel when visiting Laguna Beach. It’s just a short drive to the beach. Breakfast is always delicious. The rooms are fresh and clean. The staff are kind and helpful. I’m a repeat visitor to the Ayres Hotel.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful; check in/out process was quick and easy. Breakfast had many options including chef made scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes with the option to order an omelet or fried eggs. The room was very clean with excellent daily maid service. Overall I had a great experience staying at Ayres Hotel in Laguna Woods.
